Un-challenge V 4-month sleep regression...

we all know who is winning this battle....

if anyone has any advice on the waking-up-every-1-2-hours-from-midnight-on part of this joyous age, PLEASE send it my way! We have been hesitant to use CIO tactics because we thought a piece of the waking up was due to tummy pain/constipation, but I have started to thumb through Weissbluth and that may be next for us...she was never a *great* sleeper, but would do 6 then a 4 hour stretch with some regularity -- now, its just horrible!

im bummed to miss out on posting about all of the fun topics, but have enjoyed reading everyone else's through my blurry-eyes.....

  3. ooooh, bummer. we ferbered G. it really worked. his problem was less waking up in the middle of the night repeatedly, though - more just going down in the first place. but since we have started ferbering him (which basically means CIO with a little timed reassurance that you still love him/her) he has woken up WAY less in the middle of the night. good luck, it sucks to not be getting your sleep!

  4. Have you heard of the book called "On Becoming Baby Wise" in my opinion it is amazing. We used the techniques with Emma and the first week was hard as hell but she's 19 months now and is an amazing sleeper.
