W had to go in this morning to get a blood test despite the fact that she wasn't due for her period until tomorrow..."holiday scheduling" as it were...
As expected (and in agreement with symptoms and HPT), it came back negative -- which pretty much sums up our experience with FFF. We are thrilled to be moving on, at least emotionally, to a brighter and more promising practice. Someone once mentioned that their clinic has a policy that after 6 months (or maybe it was a year) you switch doctors to shake it up and give you a "fresh-start-feel" -- So thats what we are doing. Six months feels LONNNNG, but in many ways, it has felt very different than our previous TTC journey, and I guess thats because we are 90% occupied with a silly, spirited toddler.
This next cycle has a lot riding on it in that its the last that will allow for "optimal" timing for W job-wise next year and for our summer plans -details, details. Much like EVERYTHING in TTC, we realize that this process is totally out of our control, but if you have any extra ju-ju to throw our way, this is the one we are hoping on.

I'm sorry it was negative. Our matching cycles ended the same. I'm excited for your clinic change at least.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry that this wasn't the one. But fingers crossed for next time. And I agree that it can be helpful to mix things up by doing something (anything!) differently.
