Timing wasn't ideal but it worked! W got a smily on Thursday afternoon and went in Friday morning for an insem at FFF -- before dashing off to the airport. Our flight was WAY delayed but as soon as we arrived in SF, we did a second insem with KD, leaving us with 2 insems -- both ways -- about 20 hours apart. I wish we had an extra day but..it wasnt a total bust, and we got #3 in for insurance purposes (worst comes to worst) AND got in a live-one within 48 hours of the smily -- so we are considering it a success.
Here is hoping for a quick and painless TWW and a lucky outcome! I finally feel like "im ready" for this one to work...bring on #2~
In other news, we are in CA! After 3 horribly hot days of East Coast summer, its amazing to arrive in the temperate, sunny and gorgeous Bay Area. Izzy has been struggling with jetlag and the same cold she seems to always catch on the plane, but we are settling in and happy!
